Orange and mandarin pulp cells suppliers
Floating pulp or cells are derived from the endocarp of citrus fruits and are primarily made up of cell sacs and membrane fragments.
The cells (or pulp) are obtained during the fruit squeezing process and are separated from the juice by sieving. Afterwards, they undergo a light pasteurization for optimum conservation, and are packaged in aseptic drums which are then stored under chilled conditions.
Orange and mandarin cells are known for their high fiber content.
The use of cyclone centrifuges and artificial vision technology allows most of the defects naturally present in the pulp/cells to be removed.
